Psalmoetry – An Urban Inspirational recording artist (who happens to be my wife) recently completed and released a self-titled EP in preparation for her full album due to also be dropping later this year. The EP features cameo appearances by L.G. Wise and Corey Red.
Eclectic is what I’d call her style which ranges from Hip-Hop, R&B, Spoken Word, Neo-Soul and beyond while keeping it real by dealing with lifes issues and honoring God a very relevant way. I call her “lyrically correct”!
We completed the production, mixing and mastering EP back in December. It’s now available on Itunes and Amazon as well as just about all other online music retail stores. Check it out…

Gospel Skate Jams 2 Stellar Award Nomination
Psalmoetry and I had the honor of being a part of what I believe is a classic Urban-Gospel album with something on it for everyone. Psalmoetry’s “Shake It Off” was selected as the lead track on the CD. Congrats goes out to everyone who participated and we thank Lionel Green of BG Records for the opportunity. We are excited very about the nomination of Rap/Hip Hop Gospel CD of the Year in the 2008 Stellar Awards.
Pursue Your Dreams Stellar Award Nomination
With all of the many challenges that face our youth today it was both refreshing exciting when we were approach by our close friend L.G. Wise about participating on a project that would be focused our young people. Psalmoetry and I were to contibute two tracks on the double CD complication. The two songs we chose were Think Things Through and Popular For Me because both carried a strong message about abstinence. We had no idea that the entire project it would ever be nominated for Rap/Hip Hop Gospel CD of the Year in the 2007 Stellar Awards. Thanks goes to L.G. Wise for bringing us in on it and to R.O.U. Records letting us take part and getting it out there and to the Future Leaders Outreach Network for putting it all together.
